B.A.S.I.C. stands for Body Alignment Strength Intensive Course. Our fat melting Indoor Boot Camp workout combines all the benefits of cardio, weights, core training and our revolutionary body alignment system. With B.A.S.I.C. Weight Loss Boot Camp you can see a drop of 5 to 10 pounds in body weight as well as a loss of several inches from around your midsection, hips and thighs.
